The trademarks of RSGetriebe are tailor-made drive solutions, precisely constructed to meet the customer’s demands. Related to our sponsorship for the Formula Student racing cars of „TUfast e.V.“ filigree components for the steering gear as for example pinion and gear rack, as well as the gearbox housing and sun gears for the main drive were produced – unique gear solutions of highest quality for the highest demands.

RSGetriebe specified the materials and the surface treatment, reviewed and corrected toothing calculations and determined production tolerances. We rely on our professional work, which contains more than simple operations of production based on supplied drawings. RSGetriebe influenced the design and structure of the components significantly. Our technical knowledge during the production of the components met their demands and led to the success of their racing cars.

With know-how of gearboxes for test bench applications in Formula 1, we have been able to realize the required speeds many years ago.
